Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor known for his roles in well-known television series 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. He identified his interest towards acting from his days in the college classroom and then studied acting in The University of Colorado at Boulder. He's appeared in TV and films, however it was his small-screen characters which earned him fame and an extensive fan base. His ability to be a character in both legal and non-legal settings is a draw for viewers. His initial project was a television show, but later he played the role of a NYPD detective. He's been nominated many times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards and the PRISM Awards in recognition of his small-screen performances. The most appealing feature of his face can be attributed to his stunning blue eyes which have been considered to be his distinctive feature and are credited with the portrayal of rough characters that have charisma. In 2006, he was featured in the publication's Sexiest Men Alive list.
