Selena Gomez is an internationally well-known actress and singer. One of the projects she has participated in and has enjoyed the most successful can be described as the Disney series called Wizards of Waverly Place. Selena Marie's real name is Selena Marie Gomez. The birthplace of Selena was Grand Prairie, Texas on July 22, 1992. Her parents are Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez. Her mother was barely 16 when Selena became a mother. When she was 9 she found her first work as a showgirl when she took on the character as Gianna on Barney and her Friends.
